Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership terms and benefits are subject to change at any time without prior notice. All membership payments are non-refundable. Members are required to fulfill their full commitment period: 6 months for Elite Members and 12 months for VIP and A-List Members.

Elite and VIP Members  - Full monthly membership payments are automatically deposited into your personal Face & Eye Rewards “Beauty Bank” account.  Those funds may be used and combined with member discounts toward eligible treatments and services at any time during your active membership.

For A-List Members, $199 of the monthly payment is banked into the Beauty Bank account montly. A-List Members also receive one spa facial or laser treatment of their choice each month (up to a $300 value). The monthly facial benefit does not roll over and must be redeemed within the same calendar month. Unused monthly facial treatments are forfeited.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid only while the membership is active and in good standing. Some restrictions apply.
